At Supernote, we want you to be fully satisfied with your digital writing experience. If you are not completely happy with your device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Supernote device in its original packaging, including all accessories, pens, and folios to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
